Clifford Bleustein, MD, MBA
President and CEODr. Clifford Bleustein is the Global President and CEO of AposTherapy. Prior to AposTherapy, Dr. Bleustein was President and CEO of Computer Task Group (NASDAQ: CTG) where he managed >3400 people globally and >$340M in revenue across healthcare, technology services, energy, and financial services with operations in North America, Western Europe, and India. Dr. Bleustein went to CTG from Dell where he had several roles rising to become the Chief Medical Officer and Global Healthcare Solutions Leader with P&L responsibility for Healthcare & Life Sciences Solutions globally. Dr. Bleustein also had a successful period as a consultant at PwC rising to Director with a diverse experience of projects including interim executive director of outpatient services, business strategy, international “biocluster” development, mergers & acquisitions, healthcare operations, physician alignment, governance and resource optimization. On the ground experience in UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, and China with assessments in Middle East / Asia.
Dr.Bleustein graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his internship at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. He later completed his residency in urology at Montefiore Medical Center. He went on to private practice Urology and became a board-certified Urologist. He has an extensive roster of peer-reviewed published research and 2 patents. Dr. Bleustein earned a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He also received an executive master’s degree in business administration from NYU Stern School of Business where he now teaches Healthcare Economics as an Adjunct Professor.
Omer Ostro, MSc, CPA
Chief Financial OfficerMr. Ostro has over 15 years of progressive experience in audit and financial management of private and public companies, and a proven record in providing high quality financial management services to companies in various business cycles and sectors.
Previously, Mr. Ostro managed the valuation team of emerging market structured credit desk at Barclays Capital in London, UK, specializing in valuation and risk management of complex derivatives and structured financial products. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Associate in the audit division of PwC, Israel.
Mr. Ostro is a qualified certified public accountant in Israel and holds an MSc in Finance and Economics (with merit) form London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics and Accounting (with magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University.
Chief Operating OfficerAvi joined AposTherapy in 2012 and since then has been responsible for managing the company’s global operations, supply chain, production, quality assurance, global inventory management and overseeing intercontinental company initiatives.
Prior to joining AposTherapy, Avi was an Operations and Project manager for a health and wellness company. In this role, Avi managed the company’s production planning, daily operations and business development.
Avi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business.
Sachin Gohil, MRPharmS
Vice President & General Manager UKA qualified clinical pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience in delivery of healthcare services within the Private Healthcare industry and the NHS. An accomplished leader, with a proven ability to turn around underperforming teams, deliver complex programs, establish credibility rapidly and influence colleagues and executive leadership alike.
Sachin began his career in the NHS working at one of the largest acute Trusts within the UK where he held a number of clinical specialist and senior leadership roles. Since 2010 Sachin has worked within the private sector providing health systems support to the NHS.
Over his career he has acquired an extensive knowledge of the NHS and commissioning, working with a wide range of professionals in multi-disciplinary teams. In his most recent role, he was the subject matter expert for Optum UK on pharmacy and medicines optimization programs.
A passionate advocate for change, he has led on complex change processes within multi-provider organizations and systems, acquiring a deep understanding of the needs of patients, communities, staff well-being and their development.
Stuart J. Bretz, MBA
Senior Vice President, Operations & Account ManagementStuart joined AposTherapy in 2019. Prior to joining AposTherapy, he served as Vice President of Sales at Highmark, Inc. where he held various sales and marketing leadership positions during his tenure. He began his career at Coventry Health Care (acquired by Aetna) in 2007. Stuart holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Ganit Segal, MPE
Head of Research and Clinical InformaticsGanit joined AposTherapy in 2006. She holds a master’s degree in life science, with a specialization in biomechanics and has more than 15 years’ experience in medical research including various clinical trial methodologies, scientific publications with over 35 publications in peer-review journals and substantial experience in scientific reviews including global clinical trends and guidelines, comparative analysis and more.
Since 2017, Ganit began laying the company’s foundations to collect and analyze big data in order to support post-marketing clinical activity and ongoing account management and improve patient care.
Oren Livne, B.Des
VP R&DOren was one of the co-founders of AposTherapy in 2003, joining the operations as the lead designer and product developer.
Oren has extensive experience in product design and engineering from concept to production. He oversees the development process starting from the initial concept, throughout the development and design stages – up to mass production. Oren has vast experience in the creation of innovative products, patent strategies and patent applications.
Between 2009 to 2013, parallel to his work in AposTherapy, Oren co-founded Ino-vision Ltd. and was the inventor of the “Seatylock.”
Oren holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem. He received the Excellence Award from Bezalel Academy in 2003.
Ben Feldman, M.Med.Sc.
VP MarketingBen has significant experience in Direct to Consumer and B2B strategy, branding and healthcare marketing.
He has held leadership roles in a variety of pharmaceutical, private healthcare and global e-commerce companies, and has built marketing departments from the ground up while implementing innovative strategies, adopting new tools and scaling activities globally.
Ben received a Master’s in Medical Sciences, and brings his love of data and science to the healthcare marketing setting.
Shelley Gnall, MBA
VP AnalyticsShelley joined AposTherapy in 2014. Prior experience includes leading the Global Health M&A team at PwC and covering healthcare services as a senior equity analyst on Goldman Sachs’ Global Investment Research team. A seasoned fundamental and quantitative analyst, she brings twenty years’ healthcare sector experience to her role.
Amy Heinemans, MSc.
Director of Clinical ServicesAmy Heinemans joined AposTherapy UK in 2011, gaining experience treating hundreds of patients and managing clinics. She now oversees the clinical operations of the US business and leads a team of physical therapists. Prior to joining AposTherapy, Amy worked in the private outpatient setting with a varied caseload of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, paediatric, and neurological clients, and taught Pilates classes. Amy qualified as a physical therapist through the master’s program at King’s College London, after achieving a BSc. in Sports and Exercise Science.
Clinical DirectorSeema Odedra joined AposTherapy in 2012. She is responsible for overseeing clinical outcomes for both the public and private sectors across the UK.
Prior to joining AposTherapy, she worked as a physiotherapist in occupational health and for local football teams.
Seema holds a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Keele University.
Hadley Slade-Jones, MPH (Hon), BHSc
Director of TransformationHadley has significant global experience working with health systems to create high performing, financially sustainable health services.
He has worked with Government Ministers, global health technology companies, start-ups, new healthcare entrants and traditional healthcare players on new approaches to population health and personalized care.
More specifically, designing and implementing new approaches that leverage innovation around business and clinical operating models.
Director of Customer SuccessAlon has significant experience in creating, building, training and managing customer success units specializing in online sales, recruitment, engagement and customer retention.
He has created Customer Success units from the ground up in various global health technology companies, start-ups and online retail stores, leveraging innovation and advanced techniques.
Alon’s expertise resulted in significant revenue growth and operational improvements in every company he has worked in.
Kevin Peterson, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist and TrainerKevin joined AposTherapy in 2019. He holds a B.S.Ed. in Exercise Science and graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. Prior to joining AposTherapy, he was employed as a traveling physical therapist. This allowed him to practice in a variety of settings, mainly outpatient orthopedics and home health. Kevin works on the AposTherapy team treating patients and training other clinicians on the use of the AposTherapy device.
Director of SalesSeth joined AposTherapy in 2019 and serves as Director of Sales. Seth Klein is top performer with over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in both large and early stage venture backed medical device companies. Most recently Seth was named Sales Manager of the Year at Merit Medical in their Interventional Oncology and Spine Division. He has held various Sales and Sales Leadership roles developing sales teams at Nevro, Dfine, Medtronic & Synthes Maxillofacial. Seth began his career in sales at Abbott Labs in pharmaceutical sales.
Seth received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Business from Penn State University.
IT managerTal joined AposTherapy in 2012 and is the main focal point of all technical aspects of the company’s activity worldwide, including design and procurement of new IT systems, IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity, support and more. Prior to joining the company, he worked in computer programming in startup companies and as an editor for a daily newspaper including editing the weekly cyber section of the paper. Tal holds a B.A in computer science.
Nina Cha, PT, DPT
Senior Lead Clinical Account Manager and Lead TrainerNina Cha joined AposTherapy in 2014 and was essential in implementing training protocol in the U.S. as Lead Trainer and developing relationships with clinical sites throughout the U.S. as a Senior Clinical Account Manager. Nina has been an integral part of the company as it has evolved and expanded over the years. She headed a yearlong pilot study with H.S.S. in Florida with noteworthy clinical outcomes which has helped in continuing our research efforts with H.S.S. in NYC. She is a graduate from Hunter College City University of New York and holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has over 11 years of clinical experience in Orthopedics. She started her career in private practice and specialized in manual therapy. She even developed her own set of tools as part of her treatment approach which helped garner quite the reputation among her patients. She was able to gain crucial insight on treating chronic pain patients and further honed these skills incorporating biomechanics and gait analysis with her time at AposTherapy. Her life’s goal has always been to improve the lives of as many people as possible and loves working at AposTherapy because it allows her to do just that.
Content and Social Media ManagerAharon Dikel writes. A lot. Whether for blogs, website content, social media, advertisements, landing pages or video scripts. With 12 years of experience in content marketing, Aharon contributes a strong background of content testing, SEO and copywriting to the AposTherapy marketing department. In the past he has managed projects that included optimizing content based on revenue generation, building SEO backlinks through guest posting on popular websites, and organic social media campaigns that went viral to the point of national news coverage.
Senior Graphic DesignerDave joined the AposTherapy team in 2020 as the senior graphic designer.
Bringing more than 15 years of senior graphical and UX/UI design experience to AposTherapy, Dave has vast experience in the graphic design space. He has worked in advertising agencies, printing offices, a visual motion & animation studio, and as the owner of boutique design studio 3Shamrocks.
Dave’s projects include designing the interior and exterior of a 36-square-meter pyramid that won first place at the 2015 international FESPA Awards in the “Point of Purchase Products – Paper & Board” category.
Roi Sarig, LLB.
Operations ManagerRoi Sarig have over 12 years of experience in managing companies’ operational functions, delivering measurable cost reductions and process improvements.
Roi joined Apos Medical UK as Operation Manager in 2013. Prior to joining Apos, he served as Head of Legal and Operations at abc media for 5 years.
Before relocating to London, Roi studied Law at the University of Haifa (LLB) and worked as a lawyer in a Jerusalem law firm.
Clinical Lead PhysiotherapistReema has been part of the AposTherapy team since 2013. Prior to joining AposTherapy, she was the team lead for a social services physiotherapy department alongside working with an academy football club. Reema qualified from The University of Birmingham in 2006 as a Physiotherapist. In her early career she gained vital experience communicating with a range of people from school children with delayed development to older adults, coaching them to walk again. Since being part of AposTherapy, Reema has had the pleasure of integrating those skills into training physiotherapists to become skilled AposTherapists and gait analysis experts. She is the AposTherapy provider clinical lead, supporting UK wide providers to offer AposTherapy to their patients suffering from longstanding joint pain to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
Chris Miles, M.Sc.
Clinical Lead PhysiotherapistHaving received a First Class Honours degree in Sport Science, Chris went on to study physiotherapy at the University of East London and graduated in 2009. He has worked in both the NHS and private practice, specialising in musculo-skeletal and sports injuries. Chris joined AposTherapy in 2013 and has since completed an MSc (Distinction) in Biomechanics from the University of Roehampton.
Chris is now the NHS Clinical Lead for AposTherapy. His role involves leading all clinical set-up and delivery aspects of the treatment within the public sector, monitoring and maintaining the clinical outcomes. He is also the Lead AposTherapy trainer in the U.K. which involves training physiotherapists to become certified to deliver the therapy.
Yaakov Gottlieb, M.Sc.
Senior Lead Clinical Account Manager and Lead TrainerYaakov Gottlieb joined AposTherapy in 2013 and has over 10 years of Physical Therapy experience as Senior Clinical Account Manager and Lead Trainor. Yaakov is able to actualize his love of teaching by conducting training sessions across the US, instructing Physical Therapists on how to evaluate and treat patients utilizing AposTherapy technology.
Prior to joining AposTherapy, Yaakov served as professor of General Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology at Gamla College. Prior to this Yaakov worked as a traveling Physical Therapist in California, serving underprivileged, low-income and incarcerated patients. Before his time working in California, Yaakov began his Physical Therapy career in private practice where he specialized in treating patients with sports injuries and chronic pain as well as lead support groups for those suffering from chronic pain.
Yaakov holds a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from The City University of New York, Staten Island.
Bertram H. Corwin James, DrPHc, MPH, EMBAc, BS
Regional DirectorDedicated and results oriented healthcare professional with extensive experience in account management, clinical operations, executive sales and business development.
Possess a strong focus in regulatory affairs & compliance, problem mitigation, and strategic initiatives by delivering value-based results and cost-saving solutions for pertinent stakeholders; ultimately contributing to the Continuum of Care.
Bertram holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, a master’s degree in Public Health, 5 years of doctoral course work in Health Systems Analysis & Management, and is currently completing an Executive Master in Business Administration.
Regional Director of AccountsOver the course of his 20-year career in benefits and wellness, Jed has held multiple different positions with growing responsibilities within Deloitte and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc.
Jed was the leader of voluntary benefits, leaves and wellness at Deloitte where he was responsible for leading a growing portfolio of employee benefit programs. His responsibilities included strategy, implementation, regulatory compliance and on-going management of 25 benefits and programs offered to all US employees.
Joel Sommer, PT DPT
Manager of Implementation and Partner SolutionsA doctor of physical therapy and account management specialist with over eight years of patient care experience across multiple settings including work-hardening PT, outpatient orthopedic PT, and homecare PT.
Joel joined AposTherapy in February 2016 as one of the first five AposTherapy PT’s trained in the U.S.. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Joel took on a business development role when he became an Account Manager in 2017. After 3 years of managing clinical and account relationships, Joel now serves as the Manager of Implementation and Partner Solutions, specializing in the seamless launch of AposTherapy at new partner sites.
Prior to joining AposTherapy, Joel worked as a Business Development Manager for the outpatient clinic market at Hocoma Inc., a robotic and sensor-based therapeutic device company. While at Hocoma, Joel held the global record for having the highest number of sales for the ValedoStudio device in 2014 and 2015. Prior to his time at Hocoma, Joel treated full time in an outpatient clinic and worked part time in the home care setting.
Manager of Strategic and Business Development InitiativesJosh is a Manager of Strategic and Business Development Initiatives at AposTherapy. Prior to coming to Apos, he was a Intelligence Analyst at CB Insights where he covered emerging trends and technologies in healthcare. While at CB Insights, Josh performed customized research projects for large corporations and non-profits across the healthcare spectrum, spoke at industry conferences, and was quoted in publications including Modern Healthcare and Business Insider.
Before CB Insights, Josh began his career as an investment banker at MTS Health Partners, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and royalty monetizations, totalling over $1.5B in deal volume. Josh graduated from Cornell University, receiving a B.S. in Policy, Analysis and Management with a focus in Healthcare Policy and Management.

Neelambari Toraskar, DPT, MS Ortho PT, OMPT
Lead Clinical Account Mngr. & TrainerNeela joined AposTherapy in 2016 and has since been instrumental in helping AposTherapy achieve the highest level of clinical site efficiency and patient flow patterns. She brings 10+ years of extensive clinical experience in out-patient Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Science in Physical Therapy along with Orthopedic and Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy residencies from the prestigious Physical Therapy department at Oakland University, Michigan. This level of experience and academic prowess helps her meet the needs of client sites and get them to adopt AposTherapy quickly and efficiently.
Senior Account Associate & Implementation SpecialistTyler Gibson joined AposTherapy in 2019 as part of the accounts team. Prior to joining Apos he spent two years as an outside medical sales representative for Medical Diagnostic Laboratories selling diagnostic testing for women’s health and infectious disease. After receiving a bachelor’s in international business from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, Tyler spent two years teaching English in South East Asia – a year in Thailand and a year in Vietnam.
Noy Shabtai, CPA
Financial ControllerNoy is responsible for financial services, such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax, overseeing all company accounts and investments in order to pursue the company’s growth strategy and meet its clients’ and investors’ expectations.
Prior to joining the company, she worked as an accountant for a global FinTech company and specialized in Technologies companies (Bio-tech, High-tech and Startups) audits at KPMG.
Nora Obeng-Tuudah, ACCA
Financial Controller UKNora holds a BA (Hons) In Accounting and Finance and is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
Nora joined Finance Team of AposTherapy Medical UK in 2014 and responsible for accounting and finance of the UK entity of which includes management accounts, budgeting , tax, statutory accounts, analytical responsibilities and other HR related duties (activities).
On Joining Apos Medical UK; Nora worked in Accounting and Finance position in the following sectors: Global Provider of Internet services, Manufacturing and Accountancy firms.
US Inventory ManagerTim is a dedicated worker with experience in domestic and international operations.
Tim joined AposTherapy in 2019, prior to that he served in the Marine Corps. He acted as the asset manager for several top performing helicopter squadrons during his enlistment, where he was responsible for several million dollars’ worth of aviation equipment. Tim looks to carry on that discipline and work ethic that was instilled in the Marine Corps to AposTherapy.
Inventory SpecialistKent Robinson is detailed associate with over 10 years in warehouse and inventory management with experience in client brokerage and large-scale distribution both intercontinentally and internationally.
Kent has joined AposTherapy January of 2020. Prior to that he was a General Manager with FGO logistics where he was tasked creating routes for carriers, customer mitigation and brokerage between the company and the partner, as well as facilitating home deliveries and installations of high end appliances with a team of 13 professional and licensed carriers. Prior to FGO, Kent began the path to inventory management though Best Buy Corp. and was the youngest manager in his district. Kent was the number 3 deployment functionality technician in the northeast for Best Buy Corp. where he lead a team of 10 across the country building and maintaining stores communications rooms, for data to pass through from HQ to individual locations, as well as phase planning for inbound inventory and electronic set up.
Assistant ControllerPeggy joined AposTherapy in 2013 and brings over ten years’ healthcare sector experience including roles in claims analysis, medical billing, and medical office management.
She is currently in the process of completing a Master’s of Science in Accounting program at Syracuse University.
Customer Success ManagerEtai Rimer joined AposTherapy in 2019 as part of the Customer Success team in the Marketing Department. Before joining AposTherapy Etai was part of the fundraising team for the NGO, Shanti House – raising money for homeless children. He was also co-owner of Temp-Off medical solutions for dentists and has worked in the call center field for the past 12 years.
Etai holds a B.A in sustainability, philosophy, and conflict resolution and brings a personal touch to customer care and customer success to AposTherapy.
Customer Success SpecialistPhilippa Sparks joined AposTherapy in 2012 as part of the Customer Success team in the Marketing Department.
Before joining AposTherapy, Philippa was a Team Leader at Capita Registrars responsible for looking after shareholdings. Philippa has worked in the Environment Service for Cornwall Council where she trained in Business Continuity and Emergency Management.
Her passion for helping people goes beyond AposTherapy, and previously she has raised money for charities such as Women’s Aid and Chron’s and Colitis UK.
Customer Success SpecialistErla Schleider joined AposTherapy in 2020 as part of the Customer Success team in the Marketing Department.
Erla has been the Director of Quantum Trust for the past 12 years in an advisory capacity.
Erla holds a BA in Economics and is completing her MBA in Entrepreneurship currently in abeyance.
Customer Success SpecialistCher Frank joined the company in 2020 as part of the Customer Success team in the Marketing Department.
She has a business management background and has owned and operated various travel businesses. Experienced with the client and customer care and meeting and exceeding patients expectations is her priority and goal.

Customer Care & Support SpecialistPixie Long joined AposTherapy in 2019 as part of the Customer Success team in the Marketing Department.
Before joining AposTherapy Pixie was assisting people who had been the victims of online fraud through the intelligence gathering sector for a group of international lawyers combatting cybercrime and has worked within the client relations sector for more than 10 years.
Pixie is devoted to the health and well being of both humans and animals alike, operating an animal rescue team that rescues countless animals each year creating and providing logistical support to both domesticated and native/wild animals.
Pixie holds a diploma in finance technology in addition to holding an international equestrian competition license and immediate care of advanced species license.
Senior Patient Care CoordinatorEvelyn joined AposTherapy in 2015 as a Call Center Representative, helping patients determine if AposTherapy was the right treatment for them, scheduling their appointments, and answering all questions they may have about the treatment.
Since 2015, Evelyn has served many roles at AposTherapy including Physical Therapy Aid, Inventory Specialist, Clinical Translator, Patient Care Coordinator, and now Senior Patient Care Coordinator as part of the Implementation Team where she works closely with new and existing partners to guide patients through the AposTherapy treatment. Evelyn educates administrative staff at our partner sites to accurately and appropriately speak about AposTherapy to their patients and ensure a positive experience for all. Evelyn facilitates initiatives with both the English and Spanish speaking patient populations.
Prior to AposTherapy Evelyn worked for Cablevision as a Call Center Representative for 17 years.
